After making sure she proved every medical professional wrong, including her parents, about her strength, Beth peacefully passed away the morning of April 30th. Details about funeral arrangements can be found here.
I'm so sorry. I'm someone who knew Beth only through knitting, and got to see a bit of her wicked sense of humor in the darkness of her illness. My thoughts and prayers have been and will be with her, her family and her friends through all of this.
Beth will be greatly missed by all her knew her. I am glad that I touched her life and she mine via her conversion to Judaism. My thoughts are with you, Alain, Sam and Adam and Beth's entire family. Jo-Ann Hussion
I'm a 43 year old allergist/immunologist living in Rochester, NY. I have two young boys, one of whom is autistic. I have had recurrent ovarian cancer for five years. For many years I have played the viola but not too much recently. I'm working on expanding my vegetable garden gradually to take over the whole lawn.
